I Found My Voice!!

WOW!!! There has been quite the change in the Adams household!! Its a lot noisier now!!

A couple days ago while in a mommy and baby group (which was probably the best place for her to discover this) Kayla just started talking VERY VERY loud!!

It was priceless--and she hasn't stopped since!! Trying to get her down for a nap--is very difficult now b/c she just wants to listen to herself!!

Kayla has also started to really notice her fur siblings!! Sunny loves it and comes around to be petted but sammy will have nothing to do with her!!! I think she values her fur too much!!

Jumpin' around!!

Kayla has become quite the little jolly jumper!! She loves to jump around and tries to chase the kitties--but they are smart enough not to get too close!!

She as really started to notice everything and we see her memory is developing as she watches the kitties go by and looks to see where they are going!!

Her laugh and smile can brighten the darkest day!!

Kayla is sitting up well on her own now--which is good as shes going to be starting solids in a couple weeks. As you can see in this photo--shes got a couple of teeth to help her chew!!

Well, you can see i started this blog prior to Kayla's arrival. I think this is going to be the best way for us to keep everyone up to date on our adventures through parenthood!!



Kayla is just over 5 months and keeps us very busy--shes recently figured out how to roll--but so far just back and forth--so i can still keep an eye on her!!



She effortlessly cut a couple of teeth--we pray the rest come in as easily!!



We are very excited for her first Halloween--we had her out to the pumpkin patch--here she is trying to decided which one is just perfect!!
